Key features of the services
This website offers online French courses via Zoom. The individual services are listed in the “Services” section of this website.
Prices
The prices for each service are listed in the “Services” section. For customized services, a quote will be provided. Prices do not include VAT, as it is not applicable (Art. 293 B of the CGI).
Reservation conditions – Date of service provision
Online French course packages: After reading our terms and conditions, fill out the booking form with your preferred dates and confirm. To make the payment, click on the link that will redirect you to the secure payment page Pay Pro of the Crédit Mutuel bank. Once your payment has been confirmed, Crédit Mutuel will send you a payment confirmation by email. We will email you a confirmation of the session(s) you have booked with information on how to access them via Zoom. The invoice will be sent to you by email after the service has been provided.
Customized course offerings: Contact us regarding your individual course. We will send you a cost estimate by email with detailed information about the course schedule and a link to our terms and conditions. Once you have given us your approval, we will send you a confirmation of the course date by email. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice after the service has been provided.
Terms of payment
French course packages: Payment is made by credit card on the secure payment page Pay Pro set up by Crédit Mutuel before the service begins.
Customized course package: Bank transfer after receipt of invoice, once the course has taken place.
Late payment
This applies to customized course services. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. If you are a business customer, the following applies in the event of late payment: the statutory default interest rate (currently 12.15% in the first half of 2026) and a flat-rate collection fee of €40.
Cancellation due to postponement
Should Alexandra Jonquères – meyouA be unable to attend, we undertake to reschedule the event as soon as possible.
If you are unable to attend an online lesson, please contact us and we will suggest an alternative date.
Other cases of cancellation
If you are not present at the booked session
For the online French course: We offer you the option of postponing the date or canceling the service with a refund.
Final cancellation before service provision
For the online course: Refund of the service
Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to all services provided by meyouA, as these services “were provided in full before the expiry of the withdrawal period and their execution began with your consent.”
Warranty
This does not apply to course services.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The services offered are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable agreement. If the dispute persists despite the amicable agreement, it will be brought before the competent court in Paris.
