Reservation form: The personal data required to confirm the reservation form is your name and email address, so that we can send you confirmation of your reservation. Without this data, the form cannot be confirmed. You can also provide your first name, but this information is not required to confirm the form if you do not wish to provide it.
Contact form: Your email address is required to confirm the contact form and respond to your request. Without this information, the form cannot be confirmed. You can provide your first and last name, but this information is not mandatory if you do not wish to provide it.
Payment page: The secure payment page used by this website is a Pay Pro credit card payment page set up by the French bank Crédit Mutuel. The personal data required on this payment page, i.e., your first and last name, billing address, email address, and credit card details, enable the payment to be validated. You will then receive an email with the payment receipt and, once the service has been provided, an email with the invoice.
GDPR and processing of your data
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, we provide you with complete transparency regarding the guidelines for processing your personal data. These can be found at the bottom of each page of the website and via a clickable URL link in the reservation and contact forms. We do not collect your personal data without your consent. The reservation and contact forms contain the checkbox: “I agree that my data in this form will be collected in accordance with the privacy policy of this website.”

The company Alexandra Jonquères – meyouA is the sole recipient of your personal data and does not share your data with third parties. Crédit Mutuel is the recipient of your data when you fill out the form on its payment page.
